With over 20 years of experience in enterprise services sales, new business acquisition, and client management, Ajit has driven the company's performance since its founding in 2012. Under his leadership, NextPhase has built a profitable entity with marquee customers, deep client relationships, and a strong network of partners. Ajit's background in his family's manufacturing and retail business in Japan instilled in him the value of service quality and customer satisfaction. His vision for NextPhase is to expand strategic relationships with clients and empower enterprises with reliable insights through trusted data, maintaining a 'Customer First' culture.
Danny Nguyen
CTO
As the Chief Technology Officer at NextPhase, Danny leads the technology strategy and architecture for the company's automation infrastructure, supporting enterprise cloud data services and Gen AI capabilities. With over 25 years of expertise in Cloud and Enterprise applications, he oversees the Engineering team responsible for service automation infrastructure. Danny's background in Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure, Enterprise services, Software Engineering, Database Management, and Service Management Operations has driven numerous successful projects, enhancing data quality and governance for cloud migration. He has worked with both large and small companies, including PeopleSoft, Corio, IBM, ACS, and Velocity focusing on technology-enabled solutions.
Nathan Medenilla

Nathan brings over 15 years of experience architecting, deploying, and optimizing enterprise-grade systems across AI, DevOps, and cloud engineering. With a strong track record spanning roles at NextPhase.ai, Airbnb, Pandora/Sirius XM, Uber, Meta, and other high-impact organizations, he specializes in building production AI systems, advanced RAG pipelines, scalable automation, and secure cloud infrastructures.
